This privacy policy describes how Why Not Invest ApS processes personal data when you visit the website or contact me via the contact form.

What information I collect

When you fill in the contact form on the website, I collect the information you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. I don’t collect any other personal data about you, and the website doesn’t use any cookies or tracking tools that collect data about your visit.

Purpose and legal basis

I use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and to conduct any necessary follow-up dialogue. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (my legitimate interest in being able to respond to enquiries from website visitors), alternatively Article 6(1)(a) (your consent, given by submitting the form).

Retention

I keep information from the contact form for as long as necessary to answer and conclude your enquiry, and thereafter for up to 12 months for documentation purposes, unless otherwise required by law. After that, the information is deleted.

Disclosure of information

I don’t share or sell your information to third parties. The information is used solely internally within Why Not Invest ApS to respond to your enquiry.
